Q. What time is check in and Check out?
A. Check in 3 PM, check out 12 noon

Q. Is breakfast included?
A. Continental breakfast is included. This consists of croissants, pastries, toast brown and white, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fruit salad, and cold cuts.

Q. Can English breakfast be supplemented?
A. Yes, for an additional charge of £7.95 per person. This consists of eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms, and toast.

Q. What size are the rooms?
A. Queen Double Room = 236 ft², Superior Double Room = 269 ft², King Double Room = 279 ft²

Q. What amenities are provided?
A. We provide soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hot drinks including tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, slippers, a safe in the room, mini fridge, air-conditioning and pay-TV.


Q. Do you provide adapters?
A. Yes, for EU and American plugs but we cannot provide adapters for curling irons or hairdryers.

Q. Do you have a bar? When is it open?
A. Our bar is open from 6 PM until midnight.

Q. Do you provide a laundry service?
A. Yes, except on Sundays and bank holidays.

Q. Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
A. Yes, our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

Q. Does all the rooms have Air conditioning system and Central heating?
A. Yes

Q. Do you provide step free access?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have step free access. There are six stairs leading to the reception. Inside the hotel we provide lifts.

Q. How many floors is the hotel?
A. The hotel is seven stories including the ground floor, all serviced by lifts.

Q. Do you provide concierge service?
A. Yes, a concierge is available from 8 AM until 8 PM.

Q. Do you provide transportation from the airport?
A. The hotel does not provide transportation from the airport, However our Concierge can easily arrange for a car service to pick you up.

Q. Do you provide irons and ironing boards?
A. Yes they’re available on request.

Q. How far are the major airports from the hotel?
A. Heathrow is 14 miles from the hotel, Gatwick and Stansted are around 40 miles from hotel.

Q. Are there many restaurants in the area?
A. Yes, we can provide a comprehensive list upon arrival.

Q. Do you have parking facilities?
A. No, but there is a paid car park nearby.

Q. What is the nearest underground station/ Metro?
A. Gloucester Road tube station is the nearest underground station. It is serviced by the circle line, District line, and the Piccadilly line. It is 3 minutes’ walk to the hotel.

Q. When I arrive early before the check in time, can I store luggage at the hotel
A. Yes, we can store your luggage’s on your arrival or departure day.

Q. How far away is a Hop on Hop off bus stop?
A) It is 3 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Q. Are pets allowed at the hotel?
A) No

Q. Can I request an extra bed in my room and will there be an extra fee?
A. Only limited rooms can accommodate an extra bed at a fee. Please contact reservation desk.

Q. How far away from London Heathrow airport? What train can we take from airport to hotel?
A. Gloucester road station, on the piccadilly line takes 42 minutes to get to Heathrow Station

Q: What are the closest tourist sign near the hotel?
A: You can walk to Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum, Harrods, High Street Kensington etc
